With more than 25 years of experience across clinical care, startup leadership, nonprofit development, and executive consulting, Kati brings a unique blend of emotional intelligence and strategic insight to her work. She partners with senior leaders to align people, processes, and vision—guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and meaningful change.
Kati holds Master’s degrees in both Counseling Psychology and Experiential Education and is licensed and certified in multiple clinical and coaching modalities. She has launched companies and led teams across sectors and industries, supporting rapid scale, cultural evolution, and strategic pivots. Her work consistently strengthens organizational health, develops resilient systems, and enhances leadership and employee engagement.
Over the past eight years, Kati served as co-founder and senior executive at a tech-enabled mental health company that sold in 2024. As Chief Clinical, Talent & Culture Officer and later Chief Clinical Experience Officer, she helped build a nationally scaled, remote-first culture and led the integration of human and digital care models that drove both clinical outcomes and workforce retention across 30 states.
Based in Nashville, Kati enjoys gardening, yoga, and outdoor adventures with her husband and son. She is also active in public education advocacy and community-based nonprofit efforts.
