Driving Forces Certification Program

Driving Forces focuses on the why behind an individual’s actions, what truly motivates their behavior. By measuring 12 core drivers across six key motivator dimensions (Knowledge, Power, Surroundings, Others, Utility, and Methodologies), the assessment provides powerful insight into what drives each person. These insights not only enhance self-awareness for leaders but also support better decision-making, stronger employee engagement, and the development of more aligned, effective teams.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Training

Our EQ training not only teaches people about growing their own EQ, they empowered to become trainers teaching others in your organization. We are consistently told “I wish I knew this earlier in my life” “This will help all areas of my life”

Acumen Capacity Index (ACI)

The Acumen Capacity Index (ACI) assessment evaluates how individuals perceive and interpret their experiences, focusing on their clarity of thought across three dimensions: intrinsic (feelings and individuality), extrinsic (practicality and usefulness), and systemic (structure and order). The ACI provides insights into a person’s internal and external viewpoints, aiding in personal development, decision-making, and enhancing workplace performance.

Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument

The Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is a tool that helps individuals understand how they typically respond to conflict based on two factors: assertiveness and cooperativeness. It identifies five conflict response styles—Competing, Collaborating, Compromising, Avoiding, and Accommodating—to help people recognize their default behaviors and improve how they handle disagreements.

This awareness supports more effective communication and healthier team dynamics by offering strategies to resolve conflict constructively.
